It took me a few years to get on board with genomics. After doing on all my calves, at weaning for the last 5 years, I have been able to make better judgement calls on all my replacement females. To make strategic decisions and effectively select cattle that fit my operation and my environment is so important in today's economic environment. Genomic testing allows me to easily eliminate uncertainty and reduce risk by identifying their genetic potential for the most valuable traits, from calving ease, Weaning Weights, Yearling weights or more. Whatever trait or combination of traits that are important to an operation. This simple test provides tangible results to differentiate the value of cattle and improve each generation of cattle. All this can be done and selected for before you even expose your female.

Hmmmmmm - - - -'eliminate uncertainty' - - - that's high powered thinking.
