| I agree that’s good advice and I have given a lot of thought to doing it that way. My hesitation though, is many things just pencil and overall work better at scale.
I have a hard time justifying renting a large pasture, temporary fencing cornstalks, buying a bull and doing all these things for 10-15 cows. Starts to make more sense and be worth the effort at 25+ head.
And I can’t afford 25 head in cash unless they are young heifer calves or old cows. | |
