You should be able to just export from 2630, take that stick to 4640 and hit import. Luckily it will let you decide what you want to import or not. 

But yes if you go through OC you will see all your fields and guidance lines. You can filter down and select only the ones you want. If you don't choose the variety locator option you won't get any of those files to come out which you shouldn't anyway.
