| Probably be fine, just have to watch him breed and make sure. I had a gut punch recently at turn out, bought several virgin 18 mon bulls this spring. Some of the best bulls I’ve had. Turned one out with 25 cws and there must’ve been 4 or 5 cows in heat. Poor guy probably mounted 20 times before I left and never got it in, was about 3” below every time. You talk about a let down, I was sick. So I just decided to give him a few days to figure it out. I went back a couple different times before I saw any action and I was getting ready to leave after being there about 45 minutes when he jumped up and got the job done so I was very relieved to say the least. | |
