39.48, -82.98 | I'm posting a follow-up, because so often we never hear how issues get resolved.
It turns out that the problem was a steering setting. "Gain" had been set too high at some point. Dialing that back solved the problem.
Hat tip to Doug Wical, of Sunrise Co-op, South Charleston. I don't know what they pay Doug, but it isn't nearly enough!
