| I am getting ready to replace some fence surrounding a feedlot, we are changing it from cattle panel/2x6 to guard rail. I have a problem though, I have posts rotted at the concrete level or below that have broken off, but they are surrounded by concrete. With concrete 360 degrees around, how should I go about taking them out. These are railroad ties. Could I bore a small hole and pound a rod down it and yank out, somehow drill it out? TIA
