Turn it into baleage.
Like others have said they don’t like grazing it after it heads but they will after it’s been ensiled
Cereal rye grazes best when it’s grazed heavy, my experience your mileage my vary
These pics are the same day, field, planting date. Difference is one was grazed and one wasn’t
