Subject: Cocci in bottle calf after corid treatment?

Central, IA
We have 3 bottle calves this year for 4h. They are about 45 days old. One of them was scouring a week and a half ago and we have dealt with Cocci more than once, so I gave all three a 5 day treatment of corid. They got the last dose a week ago.

Calf one cleared up, The calf in the middle pen never showed any symptoms. Yesterday I noticed some diarrhea in the third calf. He is taking the bottle fine, but not eating his grain or hay. He is acting a little depressed. I took his temp tonight 102.4.

I can call the vet tomorrow, but wondering if it is possible he got the corid dosage prior to any exposure? Should I retreat him for another 5 days?
