That was my first question also, not to be a nervous nelly but I'd definitely want to look into the engineering of those walls and how it would work with whatever you build on top of it. Foundation/footings? Rebar, how is it tied in?

That looks like a heck of a big building ($$) and wide span to guess on. If you're thinking ground hay or commodity storage, are you just pushing in and up with a loader or trying to dump end dumps inside? Again, trying to go much taller to accommodate end dumps and that wide/long with unknown wall loading strength would worry me.
