| 10 years ago had a neighbor that was being difficult about rent and a rental agreement. Said if I didn't sign his rental agreement with all of his demands he would just brush hog it himself. I said go for it. He did 160 acres with a 5 foot brush hog. We watched him carry fuel and break down all summer, he came to me that fall and said your idea sounds better ! That next year the first crop yield was phenomenal. We've been friends since and currently own the ground he just didnt understand property maintenence. So at the very least mow it off and let it lay or what baby robin mentioned above . Ron | |
