Quit over cooking it.
This is the Achilles heel of pork… soooooooo many people over cook it!
Just grilled a couple hundred pork burgers yesterday for my son’s graduation party. Lots of comments about how good they were. And that’s after grilling and sitting in a roaster pan to keep warm. I had to taste test my seasoning on the first couple and hot the grill they were wonderful.
Hamburger is on the outs.
