Today's 5k to 10k head facilties will be hard to get permitted.
Actually Iowa has one of the fastest approval processes of any midwest states for larger confinements. It can literally navigate the approval process in under 60 days. I’d assume the long term ability to build farms near the plant has to be desirable to the Daisy people.
Need 43,000 cows!
