Depending on how long you are from turning the bull out, I would encourage a killed breeeding shot at the very least. MLV would be best for true immune response but really need 2 rounds of that vaccine. Late term abortions might also be reduced. Your 2 calves with diarrhea might have been protected thru colostrum immunity with a Scour guard shot.

I would send fresh tissues /stools off to vet lab so you know what organism is working over your herd. Will wish you good luck and hope you can focus on cows needs in the immediate term.
