The ROI on building a hog building (of any size or type) now is not good, bad, awful, terrible, I'm having trouble finding a word that describes just how bad it is. All costs have sky rocketed in the past 5 years and income has remained steady.
The ROI on $20,000+ dirt is bad, but it might actually be worse on a hog building. And the hog building starts depreciating the day its completed.
