Subject: RE: Putting up a hog building in Iowa

Sure its feasible.  However it is not financially prudent.

There was a thread about this not that long ago.     https://talk.newagtalk.com/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=1160049&posts=59&highlight=hog&highlightmode=1#M10745854

The ROI on building a hog building (of any size or type) now is not good, bad, awful, terrible, I'm having trouble finding a word that describes just how bad it is.     All costs have sky rocketed in the past 5 years and income has remained steady.

The ROI on $20,000+ dirt is bad, but it might actually be worse on a hog building.   And the hog building starts depreciating the day its completed.
