EC SoDak | I covered that in one of my responses. You can see, if memory serves, that the SE IL pic shows a bad area for corn, but you can see in the rest of the pic it looks better. So, for sure, it’s not fool proof.
I’m with you, I think crops will be all over the board on growth stage and condition this year. The rain hit at a time that breaks it up, toss in more and more folks have been planting beans before corn vs years past, and it’ll only get extenuated.
Good luck with your crop down there, hopefully this spring hasn’t hampered it too much. | |
