Eventually they'll drop the premium and you'll still have to fill out the affidavit if you want to sell cattle to them.
That's how it worked with hogs anyway.
For a long time we had to send a signed affidavit with every load. Thankfully they ended that non-sense, I think we only have to do it once a year now.
