I wouldn't be worried about building on top of those as long as they are straight and solid up to this point. I'd stud frame a 2x6 wall on 2' centers and strap 2x4s 2 to 4' on center for purlins and pick a truss spacing that makes most sense. Looks like it could make for a nice building when done.
