Y'all should be the same. You have to figure out the maturity before you determine the quality grade. The real maturity is not based on actual age. Color of fat, meat, and bones along with ossification and other indicators determine maturity. There is no low choice or select in maturity B and they get downgraded to standard. B prime usually becomes choice. C maturity and up are cow grades.

9-30 months - A
30-42 B
42-72 C
72-96 D
Over 96 E




Grades are the same. Just the discounts are different. Over age is $30 a hundred discount and over weight is $25 a hundred discount.
