ND | The diversion was simply to protect Fargos future tax revenue and thats it so politicians and various board members can look important showing how great Fargo is. This is going to be one of the biggest tax increases on property taxes ever just wait. They are pushing as many high dollar schools as possible and will get them raising the taxes before the diversion is done and boom O by the way i guess our estimated 2.8 billion dollar diversion 10 years or so we figured is over 10 ha where is the money coming and going. They will still have lawsuits with them stealing land and not paying market value the whole thing is a joke all for something they claimed they may need 1 out of 20 years. And im still confused how I was told we voted for it. The city and cass county did based on property values and a few businesses is all it took boy why can’t we vote on schools that way in districts. Therefore fargo and cass county should be on the hook for most the project costs. Wonder how epic companies is doing. | |
