You must be the only spec in the nation that wages haven't increased drastically in the last five years.
I can't even name one person with a job that is "hurting"? Every other business is trying to outbid their neighbors for help. Be an awesome time to be young. Not a worry whatsoever about keeping your current job or quitting for a week to party and finding another job.
