| I certainly won’t cheer for inflation, but your premise is correct in a narrow sense of land debt being paid back with inflated dollars. Debt seems to be a dirty four letter word to some in our industry, but I think we all could learn something from big business in how they manage debt to maximize returns. Yes there is a lot of risk involved when using leverage but largely it’s been a very successful tool for my family. | |
