It worked well in the 1970's till it stopped working. Please be careful. The margins in Agriculture are no where near as good as in other industries. Just because a software company can leverage itself up to 90% because its operating margin is 80% vs 25% we typically see in Agriculture production matters a ton. the other issue Ag has to deal with is the volatility of the earnings stream IE we make a ton of money (IE 2022) and then don't make any money (2023). so be careful on leverage. Leverage and lack of working capital and lack of earnings can be deadly quickly.
