| I had my nose to the grindstone until I was about 45. 11 years ago. Too busy to pay attention. Now that I don't really have a job (just a grain farmer), I have plenty of time to come and go.
No matter where I go, it sure appears to me that more and more can spend WAY more and more. I guess I don't stop in East St Louis, South Chicago or the Indian Reservations but I do travel through those places on my ultimate destinations. They have always been destitute and don't appear to be getting bigger or worse off.
