Get rid of the labor bill. Get rid of the overlapping machinery. Downsize to the acres or stock you can handle yourself.

No need for new bins, buildings, machinery, plumbers and electricians. Cost of their supplies is no longer an issue.

That’s the perfect recipe for slowly euthanizing a business.

No expansion, no future.
