He post inflation was at 1.5% and land prices were rising 20% are you saying that he us comparing Apple's to oranges on time frames?
In 2012 Minnesota farms sold all their land holdings 10k plus acres for just a bit above 10,000 per acre by 2016some of that very same ground sold in private sales for under 6500.00 cherry picking is easy.
