North Western IL | Been fooling around with the idea of getting a baler to roll up stalks. Not much hay to be made, so it won’t have to be too-flight.
Can do a fair amount of wrenching. Net wrap would be nice, but twine is doable. Roll up 4-500 stalk bales a year. Maybe 50 grass bales.
I know absolutely nothing about this, so educate me.
Have a 1086 to pull it around, but would prefer to use a Massey 5455 (90hp) FWA.
I’d like to stay as cheap as possible, since it’s mainly for stalks. Won’t be a massive problem if it’s broke down for a week.
