| I used to think that. Some was my own bias because all I've ever done is pour money into the farm to buyout non-farming family. It took me a long time, but after witnessing enough other family businesses... I no longer think there is anything unique or special about farming as compared to any other family business. People all across this country pour their heart, soul, and every extra penny they can beg, borrow, or steal into their business passion. Sometimes things people pursue make little financial sense on paper and it isnt just farming. | |
