Help them get a 40, let them in the diesel tank a couple years and wean them. No use being in the same operation. My oldest proved that and is thriving.
Hmmmm, no use being in the same operation? How about daily comradery and everyone focusing on the jobs they like best and all the efficiencies that come with investing together but separately in the tools to get the job done. How about all the spouses and grandkids showing up in the evenings on long days and basically having a blast? I would say that is a 'use'.
