Southwest Central, Ohio | What is the deal with one generation buying out the last ? Most large farms ( and businesses) that I know of transfer from one generation to the next ! One building on the last , rather than starting in a hole , I know it stinks for the outsider but that’s the world. No way my next generation could get a loan to buy me out , and what would I do with it , line my casket ? Not to make anyone mad just the real world as I see it .
