Absolutely…..seen it first hand. 20 plus years ago, 65 yr old farmer who employed his early 40’s son. Older farmer retired, son had a couple various jobs but no more than 45 and “ retired” also.
Just waiting around until the dad now passes away and inherits everything. Actually worked about 25 years of his life….but it is his parents $, not mine. Still SMH.
