Side note, the last time the bird flu was a big deal, 7 or 8 years ago, I attended a food safety meeting. The majority of the 3 hour meeting was discussing composting vs burying vs other choices. And then for lunch, they server chicken! I didn’t have much of an appetite at that point!!!
