I know nothing about balers but DO NOT settle for twine.    

Twine corn stalk bales are much more prone to falling apart while handling them and absorb more water if you store them outside.    And from what I've been told, net wrap saves a lot of time baling.


Back when net wrap was kind of new we had bales made with twine and with net wrap.   Twine was cheaper than net.    The guys baling hated making bales with twine and I quickly came to hate handling corn stalk bales with twine falling off of them.



Amen! 3 wraps with net or X # of revolutions for twine….
