I don’t think it would be hard to compete against the local coop.
A few years back they were under paying the help and they all quit a month after harvest. At least $250,000 of beans went bad when they half assed cleaning up the pile. Guess when the head guy has only been there for a month stuff is going to go wrong no matter how hard he tries.
