Everyone seeing huge yields on 1st crop this year? Talked to the guy that chops for me and they pulled an extra 18 24' boxes off 150 acres of alfalfa. I planted Triticale last fall after chopping silage and it yielded 18T/acre which I have never done better than about 10T. I think hay will be in abundant supply this year at least here in Northeast Iowa!
