IN555 - 6/3/2024 21:48  And no till corn with no history because it is too wet to work the ground???

Planting no-till because its "too wet to work the ground" is a desperation move and a recipe for disaster.    I've seen it first hand.

To be fair, there are definitely some fields planted to corn around here notill or with just a light pass of VT tool simply because the winter annual weed pressure was heavier than normal and a conventional field cultivator or soil finisher pass was just going to make balls of weeds.   That's not quite the same as slotting corn into pure mud because you can't pull the finisher through it, but it is a decision that comes into play more as the calendar advances and you're not going to wait around for it to air out and make a second pass to level the messy places down.
