As her former constituent, I am here to tell you she is a charlatan. Our infrastructure crumbled while she recruited massive growth to our state using the taxpayers pocketbook. We might have a budget surplus but we have the crappiest roads and pretty high taxes (6% income, 6% sales and property tax on everything). Nikki is out for Nikki alone.
