One calf died. I didn’t intervene soon enough.
I get the other cow/calf together to nurse and she stands good in a chute for him but then knocks him around when I back her out. It’s been 3.5 days. I supplement with a bottle too to keep him strong so I’m tired of her and am taking him away now before he gets hurt.
