Eastern SD | It seems to me the economics of raising hay might be better than row crops. And planting fall rye or triticale followed by beans or another hay crop would be an oportunity for double cropping. However with wet humid weather it can be real challenging producing dry hay here so im looking at going the baleage route but wondering how easy itd be to sell baleage? Anybody sell much of it? Any thoughts on wether this might be a good route to go?
