North central TX | Talked with a guy at the vfd meeting last night. He said they hauled two loads of big calves to el reno, ok this week and the heavy load weighed 1080 and brought $2.04. The small load weighed 938 and brought $2.34. Said they had stuck 13 smooth mouth open cows out on wheat with them and hauled them to waurika to the barn and they brought over 19k. Wild market we're living in for sure. | |
