Southern Indiana | Much of your success in the hay business depends on your location relative to your market and the willingness of that market to pay top dollar for top quality. That means either the horse market, export market or getting hooked up with a mega dairy and none of those options are interested in triticale baleage.
IMO the best (only) way to make money with less than top quality hay is to feed it to your own cows. | |
