And checkoffs have spent stupid money on outreach, spending some money to make sure everyone knows about a vote seems reasonable. I am rethinking sending the wolves out in pickups. That was a bad idea.
How is that any different than sending ballots in the mail to everyone over the age of 18 for a general election and having people driving around collecting them?
