Not an expert and i own not rent. But unless you are damaging the stand by overgrazing or have a share type rental agreement? Why would they care? I guess if i rented my grass and i wanted grazing resyrictions i would put it in the contract. I have purposely overgrazed to bring about a change or to use up before a change. It is just another tool in your control.
