Does your neighbor acknowledge this and want to make it right? If so, I’d cut it and keep bales segregated. Sell them to neighbor for value of other hay, or ask them to make up for lost value if sold cheaper to alternative market. If crop doesn’t come back or is killed may have to figure additional loss.
