perryton, tx | Last cow calved 5-28. I tagged her calf a couple days later and called it a wrap on this year. I never saw any signs of a 2nd calf. This morning I was checking and noticed this other calf with no tag and no evidence of having had one. I watched them for awhile and saw the mystery calf go to the cow a couple times and also obviously wants to hang close to his twin sister. At this point they both seem to be doing well so I guess I’ll just leave it be.
