| As always the shortest most conductive path for the flow in the circuit the better. Since the hoof is an integral part of the circuit you are better off with your ground nearer to the conductor so you will not have as much resistance. It is better to not use copper in a galvanized system because of the anode of dis similar metals will cause corrosion and resistance at the connection. Probably can spend much less on an energizer if your system is constructed right. | |
