Subject: RE: Offset charcoal smoker

East Central Arkansas
I have a old ugly home built one. This thing started out as a wood heater for a greenhouse and later got converted into a gas grill. After several years I decided I wanted to be able to smoke meat. I built the wood box to small to hold enough wood to get the heat for cooking. It makes plenty of smoke though and when it''s full of smoke the gas burner want burn. One of these days I plan on redesigning it to where the gas burner will work with fullots smoke.
