up in this  'hood,       50%  is  becoming  a thing of the past.  About the only  guys left still doing it for only half are the ones with the old machinery,  no hired help.  
Every Summer,  my phone rings off the hook from owners  wanting me to  do it for 50%.   

60%  to   2/3rd's   is  more common..   regardless of   fertility.
