Yes disease-Rust. Some places this will help but the rainy seasons start is the primary driver of the plant start date. Lot of Matto Grasso gets less than an inch of rain each month in Jun, Jul Aug. Sept starts the rainy season and then by Dec they get 10” a month though Mar.
