Just outside downtown Prairie Hill | Talk to the company ASAP. Some talking points I would explore... They are going to pay some one to mow and maintain the grass. You could do it for half price...let them pay you. By grazing instead of mowing you are going to help them sequester more carbon. This would make boost their environmental friendly footprint. Sheep grazing means the land is still ag for tax purposes or at least an arguement could be made to have a blended rate. Probably other ideas...they are an investor driven business. Save them money.
