Central KS		Unless it's like the cattle feeders who "lose" money 8 out of 10 years.

If it's 40k profit for the business after all expenses, and paying yourself, your wife, your kids and their spouses a handsome salary, benefits and company vehicles, then that's not so bad.

If it's 40k profit after running on a shoestring budget and paying yourself less than you could get working for someone else, then it wouldn't be worth it.

I don't know which of these examples is true. Probably some of each.
